Back again. Got some time on my hands so thought I'd give this another bash.

Well things here seem to be settling down a bit. We have just about mastered our boiler now so the house has warmed up and my room now seems much more hospitable and like a place I actually want to spend time in which is cool. I also seem to be getting a better grasp of food.Yesterday I was dead proud of myself. I made a sausage and onion casserole and had some mash, beans and carrots with it. Gonna last me about four days as well. Result!! I made a quality sandwich today as well. Just sooo good. Couple that with the fact that I did actually make the BEST EVER cup of tea the other day and you can see why I'm on a roll.

Went back to Covo on Wednesday just for the day. Was cool to see Becca and spend some time together. Nice to get away from uni for a bit too.

We went to Sticky's 21st last night too which was cool. Time seemed to whizz by. I had a great time though. Really good fun. Hopefully there will be many more.

Work is cool to. One of my modules is a bit gay but I brought it on myself really by doing one called 'Literature and Religion'. Disaster!!! But I'm just loving my modules at the moment. Old Testament is really interesting as is theology of Paul. It doesn't feel like work and I'm actually interested in doing reading I don't really need to do!! Just this afternoon I was looking at commentaries on Judges 6 and loving it!! I think maybe there's something wrong with me. But if it carrie son like this I'll be chuffed.I just seemd to be looking at my Bible all the time. Fantastic!!! And my subsid module in Modern Thought crossed over too. We looked at Decartes on Friday and I found what he said really interesting. It was all about what things we could be certain of in this world. He's the guy who famously said 'I think, therefore I am'. Top Banana!!!

Off to church tonight. Can't wait!
